Endless Belt Filter

The ENDLESS BELT FILTER achieves solid - liquid separation by applying negative - pressure suction technology. The liquid to be filtered flows into the filter tank paved with special filter cloth, which is part of the endless belt system. A vacuum pump beneath the tank creates a negative - pressure environment, which enables the liquid to quickly pass through the filter cloth on the endless belt, gather at the bottom of the tank, and then be pumped to the clean liquid tank by a filter pump. Solid impurities are left on the surface of the filter cloth, forming a filter cake.

To maintain the filtration performance, the equipment is equipped with a filter cloth cleaning system. When the filter cloth on the endless belt is overly soiled, the drive motor starts to move the endless belt. Simultaneously, the brush sweeps off the filter residues, and then the reverse - flush pump extracts clean liquid from the clean liquid tank and flushes the filter cloth on the endless belt from the inside out through a special pipeline under high pressure, preventing clogging and ensuring filtration efficiency.
